Best solution for wireless presentation?

Not sure this is the right place to post this- I work in the IT dept of a college and the IT manager has asked me to research some potential hardware to get rid of the cables and avoid problems when guests or students want to use their own device to present on our displays. It's particularly important for our conference and meetings rooms since there's often guest speakers that come in and we spend a lot of time running back and forth to the rooms for cables and what not.

Should we settle for something directed at consumers, like Apple TV or Google Chomecast, or should we try out solutions for businesses, like Clickshare or Ubiq? Free ielts reading practice pdf.

Let me know if you have any suggestions, and if it could work for classrooms (we'd try it out on our 5-6 largest ones at first)!

UPDATE After two days of calling the companies my fellow Redditors suggested, we narrowed the list down to Mersive, Ubiq, and Airtame. Will let you know once the final decision is made.

UPDATE (August 26): Wireless Presentation has been on the back burner for a long time. We just bought Ubiq after trying a demo unit, and we loved it. I can't wait until our students try out in the new school year. (next week)
